"I am thrilled to write a review for Manny Paolucci of The Stonegate Group. He has become a very important part of our lives and is one of the most incredible people I have ever known.
We first heard about Manny when he helped our daughter and her husband purchase a home in Tyngsboro. They had been living in Taunton and she was commuting across the city to Cambridge. She could not continue to do so once she learned that she would be in need of day care. My daughter told me (and Manny later confirmed) that they looked at literally hundreds of houses, between her husband and herself. Manny was extremely patient about spending so much time with them. She said he was also very, very helpful because of his excellent knowledge of houses themselves. He was able to spot issues or problems that were not immediately visible. He also displayed an outstanding knowledge of the housing market and the trends within that market, enabling our daughter and son-in-law to make reasonable offers on various properties. All of this finally paid off with a great house in Tyngsboro. After a few years there, our daughter and her husband decided they wanted to move to Groton, which reportedly has a better school system. Manny found them an excellent place that meets their needs perfectly.
In the meantime, my wife Elaine and I decided to move from Rhode Island to be nearer to our daughter and her family. We actually started out with another realtor but became disappointed in her. Our daughter referred us to Manny. As with our daughter, Manny spent uncounted hours working with us to find a place. We decided to look for a condominium and wanted one with at least one bedroom on the first floor. We were not able to do so but finally found one in Westford with two upstairs bedrooms. We purchased that property, but we told Manny we wanted to keep looking for something with one bedroom on the first floor. Once again, Manny found something for us, also in Westford. And it turned out that he was able to help us get more for the first condo than we had paid for it!
Manny’s track record with our family is thus two homes sold and four purchased within five years.
Manny is personable, reliable, knowledgeable, and fun! He always, always, always has his client’s interests in the forefront of everything he does. He is patient and reasonable. He has an excellent network of supporters, from mortgage lenders to people who “stage” properties to make them more presentable. We have had situations where his knowledge of the industry and/or a resource person has been instrumental in overcoming a problem or issue with a property or transaction.
I could not possibly imagine a better person to help with any kind of real estate business. I recommend him without reservation.
